Frequently asked questions about switching from Vera

Can I switch from Vera to Bivid if I still have a lock-in contract?
Yes. You have the right to change providers whenever you want. Vera doesn't apply lock-in, but in their terms the setup cost (150€) is charged if you cancel within the first 3 months; after that period, the switch is immediate and penalty-free. How long does portability from Vera to Bivid take?
Between 24 and 48 working hours for the mobile number (regulated by the CNMC) and between 3 and 7 days for the fiber. We handle all the paperwork: you don't have to call Vera or manage the cancellation.
Does Bivid help me cancel with Vera?
Yes. We activate your new Bivid line before processing the cancellation at Vera to avoid service interruption. The cancellation is handled by your new operator (us) in the portability process, you don't have to call them.
Do I lose my number or my @Vera email if I switch?
Your mobile and landline numbers are kept (portability). @Vera.es email addresses are owned by the operator and are cancelled when you cancel: we recommend migrating to Gmail/Outlook first and notifying important contacts.
How much does Bivid fiber cost compared to Vera?
