Can I switch from Parlem to Bivid if I still have a commitment?
Yes. You have the right to change provider whenever you want. If you still have a commitment with Parlem (12 months on fiber alone, 3 on bundles with mobile), their penalty is limited by law to the remaining months. How long does portability from Parlem to Bivid take?
Between 24 and 48 business hours for the mobile number (regulated by the CNMC) and between 3 and 7 days for fiber. We take care of all the paperwork: you don't have to call Parlem or manage the cancellation.
Does Bivid help me with cancellation at Parlem?
Yes. We activate your new Bivid line before processing the cancellation with Parlem to avoid service cuts. The cancellation is managed by your new operator (us) in the portability process, you don't have to call them.
Will I lose my number or my @Parlem email if I switch?
Your mobile and landline number are retained (portability). @Parlem.es email addresses are owned by the operator and are cancelled when you close your account: we recommend migrating to Gmail/Outlook first and notifying important contacts.
