¿Los packs de fibra + movil estan disponibles en toda Espana?

No. El pack de 600 Mb se vende en Huesca, y el de 300 Mb en Lleida y Tarragona. Fuera de esas provincias puedes contratar la fibra y la linea por separado, o llamarnos y te decimos que te sale mejor. Los packs son para altas nuevas: si ya eres cliente, te aplicamos los precios de linea movil que tenemos para ti.

¿Hay alguna zona donde no valgan estos precios?

Si. En las direcciones que solo se pueden dar por la red de SARENET los precios de esta pagina no aplican; te pasamos el presupuesto concreto antes de contratar. Lo sabemos al comprobar la cobertura de tu calle, asi que nunca te enteras despues.

¿Puedo contratar solo la linea movil por internet?

La linea suelta se firma en tienda (Almacelles, Binefar o Vila-seca). Desde la web puedes dejarnos tus datos y te llamamos para dejarlo todo preparado. Si contratas el movil junto con la fibra, eso si se puede cerrar entero online.

¿Hay permanencia en las tarifas de Bivid?

No. Fibra, movil, pack y complementos van sin permanencia: puedes darte de baja cuando quieras. La unica excepcion son algunos productos concretos de conectividad en los que se pacta permanencia para cubrir los gastos de instalacion; si fuera tu caso, te lo decimos antes de firmar, nunca despues.

¿La instalación tiene algún coste?

La instalacion de fibra va incluida, la hace un tecnico nuestro y tarda entre 5 y 7 dias habiles desde que se confirma la cobertura. Incluye el router PRIME WiFi en las tarifas de 600 Mb y 1 Gb.

¿Qué velocidad de fibra ofrecéis?

De 300 Mb a 1 Gb simetricos (la misma velocidad de subida que de bajada). Donde llega nuestra red la damos con fibra propia; donde no, la llevamos sobre la red de un mayorista para poder llegar igual. El servicio y quien te atiende son los mismos en los dos casos.

¿Puedo hacer portabilidad de mi número?

Si, la portabilidad no cuesta nada y conservas tu numero. La SIM se activa en 24-48 h; la fibra va con el plazo de instalacion, 5-7 dias habiles.

¿Cuánto tarda la instalación de fibra?

La instalación se realiza habitualmente en 24-72 horas desde la confirmación del pedido. En muchas zonas es posible incluso el mismo día. Un técnico acudirá a tu domicilio para la instalación.

¿Qué incluye el router?

Incluimos un router WiFi de última generación sin coste adicional. Dispone de WiFi 5 o WiFi 6 según la tarifa, con cobertura ampliada para toda tu vivienda. También ofrecemos Prime WiFi para mejorar la señal en pisos grandes.

¿Qué pasa si no tengo cobertura en mi zona?

Tenemos cobertura en gran parte de España. Puedes comprobar la disponibilidad en tu dirección usando nuestro comprobador de cobertura online o llamándonos al 973 07 07 07. Estamos ampliando continuamente nuestra red.

Frequently asked questions about our rates

Are fiber + mobile bundles available throughout Spain?

No. The 600 Mb package is sold in Huesca, and the 300 Mb one in Lleida and Tarragona. Outside those provinces you can contract fiber and the line separately, or call us and we'll tell you what works best for you. The packages are for new sign-ups: if you're already a customer, we apply the mobile line prices we have for you.

Is there any area where these prices don't apply?

Yes. At addresses that can only be served via the SARENET network, the prices on this page don't apply; we'll give you the exact quote before you contract. We find out when we check coverage on your street, so you'll never find out later.

Can I contract just the mobile line online?

The standalone line is signed in store (Almacelles, Binefar or Vila-seca). From the web you can leave us your details and we'll call you to get everything ready. If you contract mobile together with fiber, that can be closed entirely online.

Is there a commitment on Bivid's rates?

No. Fiber, mobile, bundle and add-ons come with no commitment: you can cancel whenever you want. The only exception is some specific connectivity products where commitment is agreed to cover installation costs; if that were your case, we'd tell you before signing, never after.

Does installation have any cost?

Fiber installation is included, our technician does it and it takes 5 to 7 business days from when coverage is confirmed. It includes the PRIME WiFi router in the 600 Mb and 1 Gb rates.

What fiber speeds do you offer?

From 300 Mb to 1 Gb symmetric (the same upload speed as download speed). Where our network reaches we provide it with our own fiber; where it doesn't, we carry it over a wholesaler's network so we can reach you anyway. The service and who attends to you are the same in both cases.

Can I port my number?

Yes, portability costs nothing and you keep your number. The SIM is activated in 24-48 hours; fiber comes with the installation period, 5-7 business days.

How long does fiber installation take?

Installation is usually carried out within 24-72 hours from order confirmation. In many areas it's even possible the same day. A technician will come to your home for installation.

What does the router include?

We include a last-generation WiFi router at no additional cost. It has WiFi 5 or WiFi 6 depending on the plan, with extended coverage for your entire home. We also offer Prime WiFi to improve signal in large apartments.

What if I don't have coverage in my area?

We have coverage in most of Spain. You can check availability at your address using our online coverage checker or calling us at 973 07 07 07. We are continuously expanding our network.

How can I contract a rate?

Can I combine fiber with mobile lines?

Do you offer customer service in Catalan?
