Frequently asked questions about switching from Adamo
Can I switch from Adamo to Bivid if I still have a lock-in contract?
Yes. You have the right to switch providers whenever you want. If you still have a lock-in contract with Adamo (12 months on promotional rates), their penalty is limited by law to the remaining months. We help you calculate if the switch is worth it. How long does Adamo to Bivid portability take?
Between 24 and 48 business hours for the mobile number (regulated by the CNMC) and between 3 and 7 days for the fiber. We handle all the paperwork: you don't have to call Adamo or manage the cancellation.
Does Bivid help me cancel with Adamo?
Yes. We activate your new Bivid line before filing the cancellation with Adamo to avoid service cuts. The cancellation is managed by your new operator (us) in the portability process, you don't have to call them.
Will I lose my number or my @Adamo email if I switch?
Your mobile and landline numbers are retained (portability). @Adamo.es email addresses are owned by the operator and are cancelled when you close your account: we recommend migrating to Gmail/Outlook first and notifying important contacts.
How much does fiber cost at Bivid compared to Adamo?
Adamo already has competitive prices. The difference with Bivid is not about price but about service: physical shops in Lleida, Almacelles, Binéfar and Vila-seca, 24h human support via WhatsApp and our own network in our coverage areas.
Does Bivid have coverage in my area if I come from Adamo?
