No. Each member has their own user and space. Whoever contracts manages the spots from the Club, but doesn't access other people's folders.
For the basic plan you don't need to have fiber here: the app connects via internet, wherever you are. If you're also a customer, you get it all on the same invoice.
Yes. In addition to the mobile app you have web access from any browser, and you can mount the folder on Windows, Mac or Linux with the Nextcloud desktop client.
The account doesn't get deleted right away: it goes into quarantine for 30 days so you can download everything calmly before the space is freed up.
